WASTen Star Holding B.V. obtained financing in the form of an issue of "green" bonds in the amount of EUR 100 million on the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX). The financial resources from this issue are intended for investments in the field of efficient waste utilization, renewable energy sources, and the circular economy.
We support promising projects financially in the form of direct investments or loan financing. We also provide comprehensive project financing from external sources, whether from private investors, banks, or bond issues on the capital market.

Circular audit
The circular economy is becoming an important part of raw-material security in Europe. Is it possible to measure how circular a manufacturing company is? The answer is provided by the Circular Audit, whose methodology was prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The support rate is max. 50% of eligible expenses
Maximum eligible project expenses are CZK 500,000
Applications for support can be submitted until 1 December 2025

ESG and sustainability
The obligation of ESG reporting, according to current legislation, applies to large companies with more than 250 employees. The obligation to submit an ESG report has been postponed, and currently an increase of the threshold for mandatory disclosure to 1,000 employees is being considered. However, the obligation for banks to present the sustainability and ESG status of their portfolio remains. Large companies are required to request ESG reports from their suppliers so that they can meet their legislative obligations. For this reason, large companies prefer suppliers who have prepared ESG reports.
