The Ministry of Industry and Trade has also prepared the Consultancy grant programme, which supports the preparation of circular audits for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The support rate is max. 50% of eligible expenses
Maximum eligible project expenses are CZK 500,000
Applications for support can be submitted until 1 December 2025

ESG and sustainability
The obligation of ESG reporting, according to current legislation, applies to large companies with more than 250 employees. The obligation to submit an ESG report has been postponed, and currently an increase of the threshold for mandatory disclosure to 1,000 employees is being considered. However, the obligation for banks to present the sustainability and ESG status of their portfolio remains. Large companies are required to request ESG reports from their suppliers so that they can meet their legislative obligations. For this reason, large companies prefer suppliers who have prepared ESG reports.
